Two outfits for ya

Monday's outfit: Jacket:Old Navy, Pants: The Limited, Gingham Shirt: Old Navy, Flats: Marshalls, Necklace: J.Crew factory, Ring+Belt: f21

Today's outfit:

Pants: Loft, Blazer: Marshalls, Striped Top: F21, Shoes: Steve Madden/Macy's, Necklace: Charlotte Russe

Over the weekend I decided to check out solesociety.com and decided to give them a try. As you know, or don't know, I've joined ShoeDazzle sometime last year and to date have not purchased anything. I guess I wasn't smitten by anything so far. Few times they had cute purses but those usually sell out pretty quick.

There is something exciting about logging into my account each month to see what type of shoes they picked out for me. And best part there is no charge unless you purchase (and don't forget to skip a month if you are not planning on purchasing anything otherwise you'll be charged and will have a credit on your account).

Even though it has been only a few days since I joined Sole Society they seem to have better quality shoes. There is a pair of sandals I really really like and they're genuine leather. I'll post those to get your opinion on them.

Have you given Sole Society or ShoeDazzle a try?  Purchased anything from either one?
Let me know if you did in comments below and how you liked the shoes.

  1. Those LOFT pants look really great on you!!

I signed up for Shoe Dazzle a million years ago and never purchased anything. And I signed up for Sole Society recently but haven't purchased anything yet although I do like their selection of shoes. The problem I have is that buying heels online is just such an issue for me. Most of the time I find that the heels heights have gotten ridiculously high and I can't walk in those. Can someone make a 3.5 inch heel instead of 4.5??

  3. @fshonmymind - Totally agree with you. I don't know how they measure the heel but lot of times they are higher than what they claim to be. I don't like anything over 3.5 inches myself...makes normal walking hard :)

@Kimchi Girl - Thanks girl! Yes, you should check them out. Let me know if you do sign up and what you think of them :)
oh, and I cant seem to comment on your blog (or anyones that has that type of comment fields, which is just from work computer). But I loved your last outfit :)

  4. I love both outfits Lilly. You could be in a catalogue! So polished.
I've never heard of sole society, but it sounds fun. I've been tempted to try ShoeDazzle, but I think it would be too dangerous for me! I already have enough shoes! I need a bigger closet =)

  6. omg I'm on the same boat...I joined shoedazzle last year and haven't purchased anything to date; I just kept skipping and skipping and now I'm thinking that I really need to call them up to cancel my account and avoid being charged. Sad thing is that until recently, I thought that $39.99 for a pair of shoes a month is actually not too bad. It is a good concept, but I can find better things elsewhere, especially with brands that I actually like and know are decent quality...

  7. Love both outfits. The cap front flats are really cute =)

I haven't joined any shoe clubs as I call them. But of the few that are out there solesociety does seem to have better quality shoes from my research.
